visual identity and 3D artwoks for the Brighton Fringe Festival call for designer 2021 represents the global outreach of the festival and its multidisciplinary nature. The digital interface aesthetics casts a footprint of the past year, when working creatively suddenly got transferred to the digital space. Hence, we are working with 3D objects to furthermore interrogate this realm
twelve different disciplines of the Brighton Fringe Festival are represented by a twelve icon taking on reflections in the assigned colours. Using these icons for the branding underlines the multidisciplinarity of the festival. By animating objects space to dynamically celebrate is given amongst the overarching art practices from the bed in New York to the sofa in Hong Kong
to keep all in the trajectory of digital exploration of spaces, opportunity to the users to use Augmented Reality and access the animation of the poster on their smartphones
for social media, we are working with dedicated playful animations to encourage a strong social media presence and to be flexible depending on the uncertainty of whether events can happen again physically or digitally
